So far i've made the beds, collected laundry and done the school run. My 1st job this morning is sorting Ds2's Dr Who toy box, he tipped it upside down this morning looking for something:eek: as it's full of other carp it's a good time to sort it. hope you're okay pigpen.

Have decluttered DD2 to school and DS to driving lesson and am now decluttering a cup of tea.

My head is still achey...and my eyes are bothering me - looks like it's time for the annual eye test - bank manager be warned - £400+ last time for one pair of glasses......

This is quite often not the doctor's or the receptionists fault... it may be due to all the other inconsiderate people being ill ;). However, if it is urgent, they should be able to give you an emergency appointment. Or if it isn't urgent, you can ask for a phone call, as a lot of things can be resolved just by speaking to the doctor (who can then tell you if you really need to go in).

If you don't mind which doctor you see, you may find it easier to get an appointment, as they can fit you in the first available slot.

I haven't seen my GP for about two years... I just talk on the phone, which fits better with work anyway, as she can call me late in the evening when she's finished her paperwork. My surgery only makes appointments a couple of days ahead (unless you have regular appointments to schedule, which doesn't work for me, as I need to plan. You can't please everyone!

Off to find my list... and add the bedroom seeing as I did it yesterday :D

Been to the gym. Eaten breakfast. Now waiting for the gas engineer to turn up... who must be telepathic as he called as I was typing. Fingers crossed he fixes it...
