Sorry... anyway, well done on the wheely case but don't over fill it as you have to lift it further (ground to car/desk) and they're very very heavy (ask them to find you a light-weight one... my small work bag/cabin bag for travelling is lighter than most wheeled laptop cases!). While you're waiting for the assessment, have a look online for DSE self-assessment forms, as there are lots around and it means you can highlight the issues and focus on those when you finally get someone round. In fact, if it's that bad, consider asking for an occupational health referral and then they'll have to make the appropriate adjustments to your work environment.
Sun is shining... so much to do today... lots of teleconferences this afternoon so hopefully I'll get the ironing done! Out on a course this evening, which is a nuisance...0 -

PIGPEN - gutted you haven't heard anything. I t seems this new email service is a pile of toosh. Will a letter be sent from the school or could you ring admissions to find out (I was amazed how quick they answered when I called yesterday!)
I am on a library trip with my class this morning and thankfully although it is cold, the sun is shining so should be a nice walk.

It is stupid they can't even get their act together to organise a few emails that say one of 21 school.. it can't be that difficult.. It must just be a case of generate email button pressed..send!
They'll send a letter to me not the school but they saaid they'd email and didn't!! I am well pee'd off! I only applied online this year as they started it a couple of years ago and those children all knew before they went to school and DS3 is desperate to know. Piggers - we were supposed to get an email too but I'm still waiting! I only know where DD is going because I logged on to the system with the password I used when filling the forms in and it told me on there. Ridiculous system here as it crashed for 4 hours yesterday - surely they know how many people will be logging on! Fingers crossed for today xx
Just popped on to look at the list but managed a rant too....not bad even by my standards xx0 -
I'm fed up with the mess, so thought i'd try a list. And as I have to try to work at my desk today, I might try the declutter too... no promises though!
