Thanks for the welcome - it is good to be back - hopefully I won't fall off again!!

I have washed the dishes - just a few bits of recycling and a roasting tray to wash. I have also taken my pain killers and decluttered a cup of tea and will start again in a few minutes as it will be shower time at 8.30.

The plan is to wipe the dishes and to clear and wipe down one worktop to get a head start for tonight. I won't get in from work until 6.15 and I expect I will be shattered as usual but I intend to push myself a bit harder as in the long run it has to get easier ......dosen't it???:(:D

I also need to sort some papers for the declutter day and before I can wipe down the table I need to clear it as I have not been able to see even an inch for weeks if not months...... I am such a slob......

    Plan:
Monday ~ Kitchen & Dining area

    Level One
    Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Wipe table!

    Extra:
    clear the said table!!
pick up stuff that is scattered around the kitchen floor. - cannot sweep or mop without doing this first.....!
get bag of charity stuff ready and take to the car when I go to work.
    empty rubbish and recycling bins
    empty the food waste bin
take all my tablets - I often forget them!!:o
    WM x 2
    TD x 2
Put clean clothes away - I am really bad at doing this hence my house looks like a jumble sale is permanently running from the sofa!!:D
find paperwork for tax return - I know it is way late but I have adopted the head in the sand approach!

Right I am off for a 25 min HHC - anyone care to join me?

Not just me then :rotfl::rotfl:. This is the first (and last) time I have done this so don't know when they usually contact people. Is it usually done in dribs and drabs or do the LA email parents enmasse?

And nuttyrockeress, re the freezer. I live life on the edge. I just dump the trays in the kitchen whilst I defrost the freezer. No cool bags, no black sacks, nothing. As it only takes about half an hour to do, the food is back before anything's had a chance to defrost. I've not poisoned us yet...

We have glorious sunshine this morning with just a hint of a frost. I have the WM on already. I'm off out on my interviewing gig today so I'm really pleased the weather's good. Now the list. I've done some of it already :D

dunno.. I usually wait patiently for the letter so this is the first year I've been emailed.. and I am panicking in case I didn't submit the form properly.. blah blah... Last year though the children were emailed before school started.. even if they do it is batches our surname is 'G' so not too far.. if they do it by DOB he is March (Thursday!) so half way through.. not that I have over thought this in the last 25 minutes at all...

    ARGH!!!!!!! I want it now!!!!

  • Hi I'm new.. I love working to lists, sometimes I lose the motivation though and as I'm not very big on self discipline things go to pot. I'm hoping my motivation will stay now I'm here.

    :rotfl::rotfl:.

I have been working through all the possibilities too:
    a) did I definitely submit the form online
    b) will they do it by sons surname - 'G'
    c) will they do it by my surname - 'W'
    d) Will they do it by D.O.B - October :T
    e) will they do it by school name 'O'

just off to refresh my email :o
