and most of all luggage this is th

Your flight details will give you your luggage allowance .
As little as 15 kilos to 25 is normal
    ( so if its an easyjet ... 15 )

Protection . I have my own thoughts , but will allow others to comment :D

Transfers means the method of getting from airport to hotel and return .

A package , normally includes, but a DIY approach you wil have to make your own way .
    With Luggage , Taxi.

Tell us the flight and even the hotel , someone will give you approx cost.

Hi Janey, depends on who you go with, but the usual luggage allowance is 15kg as your hold luggage, also your allowed 5kg in hand luggage, you can pay for an extra 5kg which would make your hold luggage 20 kg, and you still get the 5kg as your carry-on luggage, that doesnt change.
But for the extra 5kg you pay the princly sum of £35 pp.
This is for the nornal Thomas cook holidays etc, but if your flying with easyjet and other airlines similar to them then its different.

So say for example your booking the hotel and flight, but your flying with thomsons or TC, you pay for the baggage, also meals on the plane, you dont have to have the meals, but if its a very long flight, then you might want to.
You pay for transfers, unless you get a cab at the other end to your hotel, depends on the distance from the airport to your chosen hotel, so it might work out cheaper by getting the treansfers.
You can get your insurance cheaper by not going with the tour companies own insurance.

Meant to add, this is usually the case if you book a last min type of holiday, but if you were booking for say 6 months ahead, then your meals, transfers and the usual 15kg is included.

Do you really need all that luggage costing extra,

You are going to Spain , anytime after May , discard anything warm

Its going to be t shirts and shorts , swimwear and some cool and light for the evening.
Remember you will have to carry/ pull your luggage thru airport.

Is that the price for 3 of you to have 45kg between you? So 15kg each? If so that seems pricey as normally that luggage allowance would be included.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Looks like they are Ryanair flights so there will be no luggage included in the flight price and you do indeed need to add it
