Cool New Mobile/Mobile Affiliates HELP

Im into month 2 of a 12 month Orange contract i purchased from CoolNewMobile.co.uk. It is a 12 month cash back offer via the usual redemtion means. At the top of the cashback form it asks for my customer number. Fair enough. However i have 2 emails from CoolNewMobile each with different customer numbers on. I contacted them and they were as confused as me to which customer number i use. The Terms and Conditions state that the slightest error on the cashback form voids that claim and future claims.
Can anyone help me as to which number should i use? Has anyone else had any dealings whith CoolNewMobile.co.uk and what are the comments/experiences? Or should i just wave goodbye to the Cashback now?

The reference number that you should put on the claim form is the order number that you should have got in the email after placing your order (or in the dispatch email) on their website (?). It should begin with CNMxxxxxxxx (where x is your personal reference number). My order reference number that I got in the email after placing my order did not begin with CNM, but it was in my dispatch email, both showed the same number. (this may have changed now since I took out my deal in Dec 05.) Is this the same with you? The number that you get on the invoice (you’re your package) may be different and that is not the reference number you should put on the claim form (unless it is the same)
I have had dealings with this company. I have 2 contracts with them and they have been very quick with issuing the cheques, after making 4 claims.
