Not to be difficult but I'd disagree with dan20rhino, I think paying the cheque in could be seen as accepting the prize as is. I'd hold onto the cheque until you have received clarification.

The whole thing is a bit confusing, it says if there are no spot on winners a lesser prize goes to the nearest so how can there be a rollover at all?
Wins 2011 so far: £50 Toy Voucher, Paul Blu Ray
    Wins 2010: 10 (total value £3800ish)

    Wins 2009: 10 (total value £3200)
TWBM in 2011: ITV win, IPAD, PS3, 42"+ TV

  • dovestar - there are two pools of prizes, one for the spot on and one for the nearest. the rollover occurs when the spot on has not been spot on :)
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

I think he should be just grateful for the £2500 and stop being so greedy. Geez! For a lot of people in society £2500 would change their lives and give them an opportunities they would never be able to afford.
I know if I ran a competition and someone start crying about not being happy to win £2500 I would take it off them and give it to someone who actually deserves it and would appericate it.
Also don't they always have the end all T&C that the promoters decision is final and by entering the competition you agree with the T&C?

whew... have you merged the thread Dalkirst???

I got all confuddled then, now I get it.

I would look at T&C plus winning letter, and def investigate further if I felt justified.
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

how long do prizes take to be delivered?

won a sat nav last week and wondering when I should be chasing it up?

Allow at least a month and if it doesn't arrive chase it up and keep chasing it up. I've had prizes take up to a year after notification. So it's definitely worth the effort.

I just got an email form 5th Avenue advising me I had got past the 1st round for V Festival tickets and to re0submit my details for the final draw.

Was slightly odd but I did it anyway.

The comp is on here and had 113 entrants. Did anyone else get this email?
