no probs, x
Ive been looking for coffee then just read your reply with the missing word being the answer LOL0 -
I manage my account online so when (if) I win anything, I get an email saying "Good news, please check your lotto account". The most I have ever won online is about £40 from 4 numbers but I was just wondering if they still notify you in the same way if you win a substantial amount?
I can't imagine them doing this if you won £250k or whatever, surely they would call you?
As this has not happened to be me (yet), I just wondered if I can always expect just a small prize when I receive that secret squirrel email!
You do have rights......but you still need common sense.0 -
I think they still do email you, i remember reading about a man who had won the jackpot and he received the email but thought it was spam until he logged on and saw his balance! (lucky him)0

Would be interested to know myself OP. Always get so excited when I (rarely) get those e-mails.0
-
Definitely get the emails - I know this not from personal experience unfortunatley...
The couple who went on to buy a house with Kirstie and Phil on Location Location Location had an email, and I believe the couple who shared the big euromillions win also had email notification.
Now wouldn't it be nice to have that WEM!!Comping since 08 - Back again for 2020!0 -
yeah they do as those that won the Euro recently 52 million i think had email and logged into his online acc and the money was sitting there as a balance

I wondered if they'll email me when I win the millions too & if the email will be any different, or if they'd ring me but I wouldn't believe them if they did
:rotfl:0 -
Even if they ring or email you probably going to check the ticket 10 timesA rule of the universe is, the more you give, the more you get0

You get the e-mail regardless of the size of the win but the a big prize does not just "appear" in your account you have to claim it.0
