    hiya all

am thinking of downloading this but as i only want to use myself and to fill in the forms online quicker im thinking of only needing the free version only do you all think that would be fine or what do others use would appreciate your help cheers maz

The free one is okay to start with, but it does limit the amount of details that you can save. Believe me , you'll want the paid for version in time if you enter a lot of comps.

(Sorry, originally posted this in the wrong thread, so sorry about duplicating)

Guys, you probably get this a lot, but im really keen to get fully involved in comping.

I came on here last night because i work night shifts alone, so i thought id have a few hours to crack through some comps. I think i got through about 7 pages of the forum? But theres Sooooooo many to enter! How do you do it all?

How many pages / comps do you enter per day? Is it worth me going back to say page 50/60 and getting through as many as i can, or just start from now and the newest page?

I've got the time to put into this to make it worthwhile, how many hours a day do you guys spend on it?

My tip is Start from todays comps by going to the New Topic View. Then if you have time go to the End Date View and find comps ending on say 1st April (ending 31st March will just be too daunting - probably 100 or more pages) - try and do all you fancy out of them, then do the same again tomorrow. It will take quite a while to catch up, but because you are doing the New Topic ones as they appear you will find that eventually they will be turning up in the End by comps. Difficult to explain, but once you start doing them its much easier.

The main thing is to get Roboform installed - there is a free version but it is so much quicker with the bought version.

By the way don't use your real date of birth, make one up, but make sure you remember it. Also get an email address to use for comps only - you will get loads of spam, and I do mean loads - but its part of comping and they are easily deleted
If you want to do comps, they can really take over your life - but can also be very rewarding
    good luck

    For Maz
Try the free version first, and get used to it a bit, and then go for the Pro version.
Maz with Robo Form Pro, you can save completely filled in forms. for an example, on the daily Reel Cinema ones, I filled in the form without the answer ticked and saved it. All I do now is go back to the site via my favourites, open up reel cinemas twice, click on the comp I want to enter, click the answer, then press a fill and submit button, then go to the other Tab I have open, and do the same. Three clicks to do all the comps on there. It takes me 2 or 3 mins to do all the comps on there.
With the pro version it means you can enter probably 10 times quicker. Also you can have thousands of different passwords and forms saved - it never ceases to amaze me when I go on a site I think oh this is a new one, only to find I registered on it 2 or three years ago.

I second that, quite often I go to a site and find I'm a member but can't remember ever having been there before.
