You have inspired me - I used your approach last month of paying off bits here and there and if I keep it up my debt free date is June 2009 instead of August 2010, so I wanted to say a big thanks. :j0 -

Today's the day!!!
Just phoned my solicitor to confirm I wanted to be paid the money today (so I have to pay a CHAPS fee of £35, boo hiss).
On a side note, my estate agents tried to rip me off on their commission so I've told the solicitor to not pay them directly and I will pay them at my leisure, the sods. I'll definately leave them dangling for two weeks.
I also need to follow up on my complaint to my old letting agents, who never replied.
Lots to do! Busy day at work too!!
