Give them a week or two - as I always say do not do their jobs for them! Let them break legal deadline, you chasing them a day late doesn't help you much - long term.
Let them dig their own grave..... Hold fire.
I am still confused with yours though - you seem to have too much going on at once and I can't keep up....
hi nid
sorry to confuse between dh and i we have 14 cards and 1 loan from memory you have seen 8 in total as we both have hfc. m and s and natwest the ccas were exactly the same so we only posted up one of each if that makes sense.
il hold off on the letters to the ones that havnt responded your right im not doing their job for them and no news is good news at the mo lol0 -

LOL, before too long it may be an idea listing each, in your name and his with amounts owing and status (default/late/etc) so we can finalise each and every one.... you say several are enforceable, if I have time i'll rip them apart a bit and see what that leads to - you never know, straw clutching can sometimes be good as you find little surprises....
Anyway, for the time being lets see what comes back, if anything. I assume you've ceased all repayments anyway?2010 - year of the troll

Ooh, had my first ever reply back from anyone, nothing exciting just a standard letter sayng my account is on hold for 28 days while they look into it. That was Capquest for Crappy1.
Anxiously waiting now
Should be able to stop lurking soon and (hopefully) post good news0 -

Hi Niddy.
I'm still waiting for a reply from LTSB on my CCA request for my post 2007 loan. It's been three weeks now and I wondered if it was worth sending a reminder or just hang fire until they do respond.
The other two (pre 2007 loan & CC with LTSB), seem to be going to plan [touches wood]
Thanks,

Hi all,
I'm new to all of this and having read this thread I wouldn't have known anything about "unenforceability". I was reluctant to go through with it to start but having read this thread I feel I must.
I'm currently in the process of sending my creditor (Halifax) a letter requesting my CCA. Fingers crossed the agreement will be unenforceable.
In the meantime if anyone has some words of wisdom or advice it would be much appreciated.2012 WINSSTRADA TASTERS MENU REVIEWER (£90)

Hi
You have to bear with me a little as i am not used to writing on forums:)
Not sure how to get my agreement on to this thread. So if someone can help me then i will put it up. It is exactly the same as big craig john's minus the PPi tick.
The terms and conditions are the same as well only they don't scan very good into the computer. They are legible but when you scan them in you can't read it very well except on fax viewer.
Is their anything i could do with the factual mistakes and the fact it is written in someone else's hand?
The debt is £3,553.14. It has been with BLS since the debt started in 2004 and then they put the account on hold when i requested a CCA so haven't paid them anything since October of last year.
They have now passed the debt on to AIC though Lloyds still own the debt.
I have offered them £1000 like i said. And AIC have said that Lloyds have said their is a little movement around the £2,500 but they won't come too low, as they have an enforceable agreement.
Which is why i was trying to find something i could hit them with.
Now the down side is i do own a third of a house with my disabled mum and my sister. The house is something that was bought from the council by my mum etc in 2002. They are not in a position to buy me out and the house if it was sold would mean that they couldn't buy anything else. It has been modified to suit my mum as well and it is her home.
So a family member has offered this money more for my mum's sanity than mine as my mum is really worriying about this as well.
So this is the back story.
