To be fair as soon as I saw the date I thought it would be enforceable, it was from late 2006 but I thought it was earlier than that.
Not to worry, it was only a small one compared to Halifax and Barclays that were taken out around 2003 so fingers crossed when I hear back from them.0 -

You send it to whoever own the debt, in this case it will be to the DCA (as appointees) - so you send the request to the dca and ignore HBOS.

I wanna see your signature on the same page as the prescribed terms - they have not supplied this therefore this account is unenforceable. (Virgin one)....
Send this back to them: CCA Query
However remove this from the first paragraph.... do not send a copy of what they sent you, no need. "a copy of which is attached"
