N-I-D, I don't get the part in brackets..I have been paying the minimum balance every month religously.

the letter from Monsters solicitors means that they haven't decided to take the work on. but does that mean it's a non goer? I take it from the length of this thread that it doesn't.

I'll download the letter and send it later today, one more question sorry if I may, will I be needing to find the money to "pay off" my card should all this go pete tong ?
