NID...hoping u remember my CAPONE business...I hadn't received anymore correspondence so I sent tht standard letter u suggested...they have now bothered to reply...sending yet again a copy of the currnet terms and conditions.

and the following is quoted from there letter.

As we have complied with our obligations under S78, we will not be entering into any further correspondence regarding the provision of copy agreements. Your agreement is enforceable and we will conitnue to treat it as such.

We will continue to pursue the outstanding debt and do not consider this account to be in dispute, therefore would remind you that you are bound by the terms and conditions of your credit agreement and are obliged to maintain payments and repay your outstanding balance.

    What do u think?

    Ta.

I like this part from DCAs letters:
We look forward to your proposals for repayment within the next twenty one days.
Payment can be taken over the telephone by debit or credit card.
It means: pay us by screwing them. Then we'll buy their debt and chase you again.
But you can always pay by another credit card.
After all we need constant supply of fresh blood.
    With Regards. Suckers.

Is anybody waiting forever for a CCA? I requested one with Hillesden Securities for an Abbey debt back in October. I`m still waiting. Every 21 days or so I receive a letter saying basically they are still waiting for the Abbey to provide them with it.
