Usually Barclays send these letters Click Here - if you receive the same, use the above template....2010 - year of the troll

Sorry what other letter? You need to remember since we last spoke i've probs seen 100's of other agreements and spoken to 100's of other people and you really need to start sending me links... As for the email, i'll check later once you confirm exactly what is happening cos i'm confused, is this in relation to the SAR thing you mention earlier or separate?
Sorry - not nagging but you do have to remember I see too much and need reminding by a little update or a link to the last chat!
Thanks
Whoops sorry!!!:o
1st Credit: CCA is unforceable (You checked it out) and I wanted to know if before I make a repayment offer I request SAR (Hope this is right) To see if I can get the charges off too bring down the balance....

Please confirm the spelling of the above.... do you mean enforceable or UNenforceable?BrightonSun wrote: »Barclaycard: Sent them the final CCA not recieved..The don't contact me letter until I get the CCA (Which again you kindly provided)Heard nothing for about 4 weeks... Hiya Nanna
What have you sent to date? Have you sent this yet?: CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Supplied if not send that, if so then send this: Debtors Final Response - No CCA Received
Can I refer you back to this: #3208never-in-doubt wrote: »However, I also do like to split things up, so say i've got 10 people on here asking what to send, its pointless asking all 10 to send the same letter to the same lender cos the lender will KNOW they are using the same person for advice - ergo I deliberately ask some people to send different letters....2010 - year of the troll

Hiya
I'm not worried about what they sent you, i'm asking what you sent them :rotfl:
Assuming i've read this right, you have sent the CCA Request with the £1 and they responded with terms, no CCA right? In which case you respond with this: CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Supplied
Brighton is a lot further through the process than you, ergo do not send the same letter and also why I posted the link to my explanation (#3208 )as to why we do not copy other users because they could be at differing stages....2010 - year of the troll
