tsk, tsk, you think he is the boss :rotfl::rotfl:he might think he is but I know better. I am sure Mrs Niddy will tell you the same as well.
Anyhoo at the moment I am :j there are 2 of these loan accounts, one in my name and one in dear hubbies and they are both exactly the same, you have made my day. Only difference is he never got a letter with his saying that they would not enter into any more discussions, should I send a letter out for this one as have not queried it at all, just received the agreement? A million thanks, have a great weekend
Mrs SNS
We like to let you think you're the boss, it's a trait certain blokes carry well (others fcuk up big time) :rotfl: :rotfl:
Ok well if Mr SNS has the same agreement the same applies..... yea, send the same letter to both - it's ultimately the same outcome.
I'll be at work all weekend unfortunately, bummer!! Have fun - :beer:2010 - year of the troll

You have to believe me, we're the dominant species remember!:whistle:
Sorry wasn't quite with it lol. Ok, with yours you should send this: Debtors Final Response - CCA Received
With Mr SNS send this: CCA Query
Even if you've previously sent the Final Response, send it again to finalise things at your end once and for all.:D:D:D:D

Dont know if anyone can help! - Have been told all about unenforcable credit cards, we have 2 cards, both approximately taken prior to 2004. They have both changed since we had them - one from a store card to mastercard and the bank has changed and the other one we have has also changed from one bank to another. We have been in touch with various companies - some want £400 up front with it refundable if enforcable the other wants £400 + vat with 10% of the balance on the card. The one I am thinking especially of doing has about £5.5k - so 10% at the end is a fair sum of money when they are already having £400 up front. They are also saying it can be potentially dealt with in about 60days, others say 3-6months! Any ideas of whether we should go down this route or advice would be appreciated as it is such a minefield & not sure who to really listen to!
Thanks0 -

Think I may have to ask Mrs Niddy's opinion on that one :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well we do not suggest you pay anyone, that is a certainty!
The MoJ has closed most CMC's down (CMC = [STRIKE]Con[/STRIKE] Claim Management Company)
read page 1 - everything you need to do it for free is there
As for the CMC's claim to do it in 3-6 months, all I can say is :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks for that!
The one that wants the £400 +vat & the 10% was very forthcoming with the moj authorisation number and told me to check it out on there, which I have.
Do many people have success on doing this themselves, I have heard such alot (of possible rubbish) that they are not really that interested in taking an individual on and can make life alot harder than it already is?0 -

Paying a company is a scam, it is all here in laymans terms - easy to follow plus you'll find i'm here most days to guide you through if needed. However, there is never any guarantees - unlike the CMC's, i'll never guarantee anything - it depends on what paperwork they have, quite simply.
Yes there are a lot of successes - see here, so far its £75k out of a possible £120k on one person! Frightened about my future
BUT, even that isn't guaranteed cos if the lender finds the original agreement then the debt becomes enforceable again.
Read page 1 and 2 of this thread to learn everything you need to know.
If however you want to burn near to a grand, send me it and i'll wipe them for you - guaranteed (lol, just joking)....2010 - year of the troll

Hi i recieved a letter form Wescot in reference to a debt i owed to Arrow Global Ltd. Having traced the ref numbers i found it to be a old Lloyds bank loan which i have been in default with for about 4 years.
I have had no corespondance from Lloyds or Arrow about selling the debt or demands for payment, the first i knew was the letter from Wescot demanding payment on behalf of Arrow Global.
With the above in mind i replyed to Wescot with a CCA request on 7th May, i recieved a response today 22nd May, dated 20th May, i dont have a scanner so shall type the content below......
