  • Good Morning NID

    - short queston ( bet you havnt heard that before ! )

    - received copys back from MBNA following CCA request and one page does have a scanned copy of the signiture box with my partners signiture / date very clear inside and also the representives signiture and date (2003 ) above - is this in your opinion a non runner , as they seem to have the goods ?

Many thanks in advance - we both love reading your work !

    Hiya

Well it depends on a lot of things, is it a 60 second application or similar? Does it have the PT's and if not are they linked to on another page? If you can scan it and email me or PM me the links then great..... if you need my email just say and i'll PM it to you.

    Cheers

  • Hiya

Is it your handwriting and your signature? Do you still have the old copy that they sent you, can you load this and let me see it - just the agreement page (omitting the address) - I need to compare the two

Sooner you email the old agreement and reply to points i've asked - the sooner i'll put you out your misery :(

Yeah it is my hand writing and signature, but its the same one you classed as unenforceable a few months ago...the new copy is exactly the same as that one, you said it was missing the prescribed terms which made it unenforceable, I stopped payments and sent the correct letters as advised...

    Cheers...
