Morning Niddy, images of Supergran are going round in my head now :eek:
Anyhoo got final response from BOS Preference Acc, they 'decline my complaint' and this account is not a CC it uses 'Credit card/store card notation with credit refernce agencies as there are only a set number of categories into whaich an account can be classified' Then goes on to claim that 'this categfory is the one with the closest fit to the Pref Acc even although the account's credit facility is accessed via debit card'
Don't know if you want me to e-mail it to you or will I just send out my Final Response to them?
Cheers mate :idea: Had lbm, switched it off too many times. Now am trying to sort my life out :T:T

Hi matey - seen it before, and argued this with them before. It is a credit based account compliant with CCA 1974 - whether they like it or not! :rotfl:
Just fire off a final response - CCA Received2010 - year of the troll

Hi Niddy,
Just received our first CCA request reply from Cahoot Flexible Loan, along with 20+ pages of T & C's.
Would you please have a look and let me know what you think. I have looked at the Prescribed Terms,bu t I can't decide whether its enforceable or not because it does not have a credit limit on. Thanks very much. I have removed all personal details.
