As Locke correctly pointed out, the first two pages should be together, i.e. on one page (whether top/bottom or front/back) - can you confirm? This is what links things, however as above - i'd be sending this and see what they come back with: CCA Query:D

Hi they was on the same piece of paper but on opposite sides
Front / Back as you said
    Thanks

    Morning Niddy!! :D

Nothing major, but still getting junk postcards & voicemails off UCA (see post #2200 ) I sent them the relevant letter as advised in your reply.

Also, in addition a new DCA has left me a couple of VM's - AIC, not sure which debt they are chasing as not had any written material from them and the ref they left does not match any others I have.

Am I right in saying all DCA's can still chase debts, even after I have sent a final debtors response and without a true agreement being provided, but they just cannot enforce the debt in a court of law?

I don't mind them sending junk and leaving messages and can just live with it as I don't feel threatened by them at all, but should they really be stopping pursuing these now or are they fine to do what they are doing?

I feel in particular, American Express, RMA, RCO, NCO, and now UCA are just playing tennis with the account and my letters so far have not deterred then.

Thanks matey as ever, when you get a moment to reply, no rush.

    cheers

    Morning matey

How goes it? Why didn't you mention this when we were texting last night? haha

But yea, they can still chase you - they cannot do anything else other than that. They will walk away in time, but not least for the first 6 months or so - just be patient mate.

If it gets too much then i'll sort it for you once and for all, as you know I will :D:D

Because there was juicy gossip to be had, didn't want it interupting with annoying DCA's! :rotfl:

No, you're ok, don't need you running into the DCA's head office swinging your hand bag round your head at this stage :rotfl::rotfl: but it is a thought :D

I'll just ignore them mate, thanks as ever.
