on a separate note, how did mouseman(i think it is, cant seem to find his thread now) get on after, not sure if he still uses this board, did you get to wipe some of debts or is it still ongoing

Hope everyone is a-ok!
Just popping by to say that I'm still alive and waiting on LTSB's next move regarding my debts with them.
The phone calls to my mobile seemed to have stopped - for the time being anyway, probably because I wasn't answering them.
Keep smiling all and remember that your money problems pail into insignificance when you consider the mess Greece is in! And Portugal, Spain, USA, UK..etc..ad infinitum...

Sign digitally means just type it, so they can't forge that. Don't scan in your actually signature or anything.

Glad to hear those phonecalls have stopped Midastouchedand that you're still alive of course!
I'm hoping and praying that LTSB have forgotten about us Midastouched, I received a default letter weeks ago ordering me to cough up by the 26th April. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't had one phonecall , nothing, nada, zilch since.
I'm just sat here waiting really, glued to this fab thread :T0 -

was just passing through bally is the debt a credit card or for a bank account over draft if it is an over draft you cannot use unforceability on it. but you can if its a credit card pre 2007hope this helps. but makesure you wait for n.i.d to clarify not sure how things stand with you having a ccj

Hi
I am waiting on a CCA from Abbey/MBNA and they have sent me a few letters saying they are still trying to get paperwork from original lender (cant remember what the card was originally).
I have now received a letter saying they are considering their options and they know I am a homeowner and they may go for a charging order.
I have looked at the CCA checker , just wanted to check if I am right in thinking that I should send them a Cease and desist letter ???
thanks0
