    Sorry Niddy,
What I sent is what I received back in reply to my cca requests
I see they are headed as "agreements"...so don't really know what else I am looking for ?

The egg one does have a page with signature details ect scanned onto it

I will take an other look at them and see if I can pick out any pages that may be of use to you

    thanks

Hi do you agree with DC that it looks enforceable
I still have the approved limit approach

    Hi Niddy

As requested, I have dropped in to say hello and let you know I am still alive ! I am sure you will remember me from Mouseann's thread as i was the one not celebrating the SPL champions with you........:D

Anyway it has taken me a couple of weeks to get into gear as I have been changing bank accounts etc. but CCAs now on their way to my elderly debts from the eighties. It's only about a third of my total debt due to switching to 0% cards and stuff more recently (damn that Martin Lewis and his good advice ! LOL).

Will let you know how it goes and keep up the great work. You really are helping lots of people who have nowhere else to turn. :T

    That made me laugh chipsmum!!!

I became a card tart and now have quite a lot of debt which is enforceable. My largest debts are on 0% balance transfer cards which were taken out post April 2007.

I still think that Martin is the best though!!! :money:

Yes, Martin is pretty good although not up there with Niddy ! :rotfl::rotfl:
I have been a bit of a tart like yourself so about two-thirds of my debt will be enforceable but some dates back to the eighties and I will be amazed if they can track down the CCA - here's hoping anyway :)

    Alright NID.

I got that letter off to Barclaycard yesterday about the phone calls, I've just had a look on the post office tracking and it's still in their system somewhere, I didn't send one off to Capital One just yet as from looking at the last letter they sent me they only wrote it on the 6th of this month and if we want to make an example of them by pushing it higher I thought it best to show we have given them a reasonable amount of time to get their act together.

I'll let you know the date they get it so we can start plotting our next form of attack!

I also CCA'd them for an Skycard that I had with them (sent in a different envelope) so I'll see what that comes back with, I wasn't going to bother as it was taken out in 2006 and was done over the internet but in for a penny in for a pound as they say!

Even if it is enforceable I'll be interested to see what they send back, I had a disagreement with them some time back over the sale of a PPI or payment break plan as they call it so if that's not on there and it is enforceable I'll go after that instead.:)

hi got another question i hear NID you say never sign your signature if they ask you to sign something if they want somethng sending back, what about the templates you send off ? it say at bottom sign digitally cant they just copy it from that if(forge) and put it on the CCA they send out,

on a separate note, how did mouseman(i think it is, cant seem to find his thread now) get on after, not sure if he still uses this board, did you get to wipe some of debts or is it still ongoing
