Can't thank you enough NID, thats over £33K thats hopefully UE. Will let you know what happens next.0 -
I dont expect u to rembr..but mine is a capital one account..they took 6 weeks to com up with something tht was stitched together...mentioning they dont retian the agreement ..just keep the sig portion which is scanned into ther system..lol..anyway ther ltr is dated 300310...thy promised to retrieve and send me a copy of current agreement ''shortly'' ...so its as gd as anthr month and nothing here...whats the next step?

They have not sent a lawful agreement which contains or links to the prescribed terms and/or restricted terms. The fact you signed and used the account is immaterial, where is the signed form that you agree to be bound by the terms? Ermmm, without this - forget it HBOS :rotfl::rotfl:
