  • Hi NID

I've received replies from my CCA requests sent on 4th March.

I've sent the links to these in a PM as I was blocked from posting them here.

    Many thanks

    mk

Its unenforceable til you get it (the CCA) - they can endeavour to get it all they want! I wanna see it on here lol. So, you sit and wait - send nothing and obviously don't pay anything either! :D

Many thanks for all your work on this thread !

    Morning NID,

OK I've had enough now trying to upload the files to e-mail, they are too big and it won't accept them:mad: I've tried doing 1 page per e-mail but they are still too big. As I'm no good at techie stuff I've no idea how I'm going to get these to you, I know you've got better things to do than this but I am stuck, any ideas please:o

Edit: Think I've sorted it hope to send to you in a while!
I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D

    Hi NID
    Hiya

Ok, to be honest you would be better sending the following CCA Request plus £1 to each of the creditors you have - if you want my advice/help that is what i'd do - at least then I will know any advice given is spot on, right now i'm not comfortable giving advice as I really think you've got nothing much to stand on until you send proper letters that can be used to defend you, in court.

mucked up in the past - so I want to be sure

for my creditors who have passed the debt to debt collection agents - I send CCA Request + the £1 to the debt collection agents ?

    regards A

  • Ahh if that is all then don't worry, they always will disagree - muppets!

You already sent the final response didn't you? If not, then send it - if so then ignore them.

Nowt they can do matey
    Hi Niddy

Thanks for that, sorry the PM had so many pages :o

No have not sent out the Final Response, this is the only response I have had to my CCA Query letter of 27 Feb. I take it that BoS claiming this was a current account when I took it out does not change anything? They call it a credit account in all the other letters I have had from them :)
 Had lbm, switched it off too many times. Now am trying to sort my life out :T:T

  • Hello everyone,

Where's the best place to send for your credit files, use someone like creditexpert, or go individually to the various agencies, if so what is the complete list ? I know of Experian but that's about it.

    TIA

Afternoon NID? Just a quick review of where I am with the Halifax.

I hold you in post #1816 how they had replied to my CCA request with a reconstituted agreement with my signature on it, you advised me in post #1836 to send CCA Query - Copy Document Supplied which I did, while today I've had a reply...

And here's the reconstituted agreement they are trying to push on to me for a second time.

So what do you think I should do?

Also maybe my memory is failing but a few things don't seem to add up date wise, my time with bank/building society for one.

Does this general booklet which I've never seen before, and never received when my loan started in 2002 make the loan enforceable? Details of my Cahoot loan can be found here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...html?t=1573313

I hadn't heard anything from Cahoot about my flexible loan account since I sent the CCA Query letter until today.

I have received a letter from EquiDebt Limited saying they have been instructed by Santander to collect the outstanding balance of my account and that they will be contacting me at home or work to arrange payment in full. They require payment in full no later than 3rd May 2010.

I had no idea my account had been passed on from Cahoot to Santander, I've had no letter to explain this.

How do I proceed? A letter to EquiDebt to explain the account is in dispute and that they have no right to collect/write/phone etc? If so, is there a template?

    Thanks.
