Adding o2 Broadband to BT line???

Then presumably this is because BT Retail and Openreach have a cosier relationship than between other ISP's and Openreach-though of course we are always fed the line that they are entirely separate companies now. And what happens if you contract to broadband with your ISP, then for whatever reason BT are unable to physically install a line?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
