Adding o2 Broadband to BT line???

Then presumably this is because BT Retail and Openreach have a cosier relationship than between other ISP's and Openreach-though of course we are always fed the line that they are entirely separate companies now. And what happens if you contract to broadband with your ISP, then for whatever reason BT are unable to physically install a line?No free lunch, and no free laptop

I am not sure the reasons companies don't use this process. Potentially their systems aren't built to allow it, or due to training they are not made aware of the process (both on BT's and other companies part). I personally think it is a better process and saves a lot of time with installation. I don't understand why customer's aren't proactively offered this code when they set up telephone line with anyone. Then presumably this is because BT Retail and Openreach have a cosier relationship than between other ISP's and Openreach-though of course we are always fed the line that they are entirely separate companies now.
