ordered 2 contracts at the weekend without any problems and delivery arranged for tuesday - previous customer and never had any problems with them. now order has been cancelled!!!! guess what can't get anyone to tell me a straight answer! said it was a problem with the site although when i spoke to them on monday morning they said the order had gone through fine!!! not happy with dial a phone now!!!!:(0

Order also delayed until 4th March. Got email to call customer services to arrange new delivery date. Tried several times to call but its all automated and so far impossible to talk to a human. Customer service not DAP strong point at the moment. Second day off work to receive delivery - not great. Anybody had contact with CS? How did others hear the order was cancelled?0

Order delayed again til tomorrow- email received overnight.
I ordered the tocco lite as the contract + cashback made it too irresistible, not a handset junkie, just want lots of text and minutes for free if I can. Like I said before, no great loss if they cancel.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Just had a call cancelling order for a genio placed on Sunday evening. Blaming a glitch on the website. They were going to offer me an alternative deal, but I stopped him as it was an inconvenient time and I'm not in the mood for a sales call!
