    I read the above thread.

    Cashback seems to be straightforward. I have just finished a cash back contract with Phones4U, which went very well. No issues with processing and timely payment. It looks like Phones4U now own Dial-a-phone.

    However, Dial-a-phone Customer Service appears to have a very bad reputation on review sites, and a lot of the complaints are recent.

    Is there anywhere we can check up on DAP's reputation for cashback deals?

    My OH is on his third cashback deal with Dialaphone and never had a problem. They send you a schedule with your paperwork which clearly states what bills you have to send and when in order to get your cashback. Its best to send it by recorded delivery, costs a bit more but you then have proof you've sent it. They normally either text or email a couple of days to confirm receipt of your claim and the cheque normally arrives a few days later. It's just a matter of being disciplined, I always make a note in a diary.
  • They've also postponed my delivery until tomorrow. I'm expecting it to be cancelled today.

    Has anyone got an update on whats happening. I have three outstanding orders. One email to say that one of the orders has been postponed til tommorrow. Message on DAP website to call customer services about another order but when I called the automated service says 'sorry for postponed order dates, your order will be with you shortly'. Has anybody called and spoken to anyone? Its all too confusing.

    I've ordered the Samsung payg phone yesterday and nothing.Money hasn't left account etc,no emails.:o

    I ordered 2 of the £25 samsung phones
    got a cancellation email for 1 and a delayed shipment email for other.

    No idea whats going on.

  • Very confusing. On their customer service website the status of my order is 'Processing Application' yet I got an email saying order has been confirmed yesterday. My delivery has been postponed but if they're going to send me that email wouldn't it be just as easy to send me the email to say my order has been cancelled?
    Oh well, little hope it will go through. £50 still pending on TopCashBack though so I hope that will go through.

    all the nokia x6 phones are going to be cancelled as it was a IT error,i spoke to someone this aft as when i logged in mine said cancelled and he said the price was wrong will be recalling all of them.WELL GUTTED
