One of my great nieces (I have six great nieces and two great nephews!) who is only four years old had a squint in her eye when she was younger. It corrected itself but came back a few weeks ago.

She has been wearing glasses to try to correct it, and went to hospital to see how it was progressing and he said I want you to see the paediatrician (sp). They expected an appointment to be made but he said no, I mean now!

The paediatician said he didn't think there was anything wrong with her eyes but there was some pressure on her brain causing it, so she has to go for an MRI scan.

    Very very worrying.

PAP - how are you getting on with CD now you are back on it? I know some people found it hard after a break

Hi Ten, thanks for asking :A Its going really well, three week on it so far again with only one minor blip. I am however trying to find a balance of when to 'eat' because of my running. I think we have sussed it this week though so its all go :j Loads have found it hard to get back onto it, thats why some regard it as the 'one chance' diet. But I seem to be doing fine Shrug_by_melonhead_emotion.gif Maybe something to do with my determination though :rotfl:

Oh tenmah I hope that it is nothing to worry about. I know quite a bit about skints, glasses, patching and lazy eyes as B has all of them. It might just be that her eyes are now having to focus differently and that is causing the problem. Fingers crossed xx

    evening

been out today to newport, (had to pich up rygby complimentry tickets for Ben) and we had a look in town, went into sports Direct and i fancied a pair of jeans reduced to £5 but they were a 14 was a bit iffy whether they would fit but tried them on and they fitted comfortably :) so ended up with 3 different pairs of jeans reduced to £5 each and a pair of trainers reduced to£8 for mothers day :)

I'm in absolute agony now though :( struggled to walk from the bus stop to the house had to hold on to DH :(
