I'm sure a letter to Head Office will result in an apology and a refund/vouchers. Good luck!0

Weve stopped going in Brewers Fayre as we found the service and the food appauling. I ordered lamb pie last time but the lamb was really tough and the time before I ordered steak which was also really tough. Both these times I have complained at the table and got my meal for free.

It was round behind McDonalds(!) The entrance was off the side road by what used to be The Old Rep and near to Yates.
A really nice cafe/restaurant with really good food. I remember the manager also being rather cute!0 -
I usually find that standing up and shouting loudly tends to get the manager's attention, althought you have to have a certain temperament to feel comfortable shouting "I've never been so insulted in my life. I'm disgusted at the way I have been treated and demand to see the manager now!". I suppose I've always been somewhat theatrical!0
