My despatch email says 4 items and i ordered 5, but 2 of them are identical, so hopefully i will get all of my order :think:

As other posters have said sometimes the despatch email will list less items than you have actually ordered, if for example you order more than one of the same product. Other times it just lists the exact total of items you've ordered even if you've ordered more that one of something. I've had both scenarios over all my orders, but all of them have always arrived in full so i no longer even read the confirmation emails really:)

Yes, the despatch notes show two items as only one if they are the same.

SO IF THEY DECLINE YOUR ORDER DONT KEEP TRYING!!!RING THEM SRAIGHT AWAY FOR THEM TO OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT.....EVERY TIME YOU TRY AND MAKE ANOTHER TRANSACTION ITS JUST GOING TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN LIMBO,AND MAKE SURE YOU ASK HOW LONG IS IT BEFOR YOU CAN MAKE ANOTHER ORDER....BECAUSE IT WILL JUST HAPPEN AGAIN:eek:

Oh this could have been me last time I tried to order, it was a complete nightmare!! I don't like the message that comes up on bodyshop page as it panicked me and has reminded me why I have not used them in a long time!

I got an email saying my second order had been dispatched but my first order i ordered 10 minutes before hasnt. has everyone else who ordered twice in one day had both orders dispatched.

I had that the other day, second order was dispatched about half hour to an hour after ordering and first one took 24 hours, the second order also arrived a day later, maybe they were waiting for one item to come into their stock?
