I dont think you have 3 of the 3 for 2 items to get one of them free? If you picked another you would get either the vit e body butter or cocoa butter scrub for free, saving £12.50 HTHs

Just read ravens post below I didnt realise you had ordered 2 cocoa body scrubs, you may be better off spliting your order in 2, you may be able to do 2 orders around £15 each but get more items for you money and what you want, depends if you have already ordered today. Bodyshop seems to only allow 2 orders per customer each day.

thats right it all adds up in the 3for2 you get the most expensive free. on your one, your 3for2s all cost the same. £12.50 each so paying for two of them is £25.00 two shower gels is £6.00 lippy £4.00 is £35.00 £5.00 discount all adds up to £30.00.

The glitch in the 342 is that you get the most expensive item free, paying for the 2 cheaper ones. You may be better off splitting your order. Have edited my last post as didnt realise you had ordered 2 bodyscrubs. HTHs

It only counts different things as seperate items, so if you order 3 identical things then 1 different, when dispatched it will say dispatched 2 items as there are two different items, but you get the actual amounts you order. This is what happened to me the last time anyway.:)

I bought 7 items but only 5 different (2 of 2 + 3 of 1) but my dispatch email says 7 items sent.......

Both my dispatch emails show 1 less item but it adds up to the number of lines in each order like yours with 1 of my items showing quantity of 2 on a line of each order. Im sure that this was the same with my January order but I cant find the dispatch email to check. I have ordered 3 cocoa butter creamy body washes like you but they are all showing as 1 item on £ different lines guess as they are my free items??

Looks like other people are thinking the same. I was amazed with Bodyshops quick service last time and seems like they are on the ball again. :j
