    btw it took us ages to find a shuttle at the right price, they all seem to be high miles, or high prices with older models.
    Found a reasonable 1 in the end, although it took some time, if your planning anymore children it may be worth changing to a shuttle or similar now rather than upgrading later.
  • This may be the answer, or at least give you something to think about;

    http://www.multimac.co.uk/4_child_car_seat

    It converts the rear of a car into four childs seats although seems to cost around £1300! But I suppose when you factor the cost of changing / loosing that boot space etc, it may be ok.

    I have no idea how good/bad they are, but there seems to different variations, one of which should fit your car.

    Chrysler nestles nicely in the bottom 5 on the reliability index. I'd be too afraid of the cost and frequency of repairs. Friends have one, goes wrong about once a year for them which is once every 5000 miles :eek:
    They have the 3.3 V6 due to low mileage and the fact that the diesel model doesn't have aircon outlets in the rear. Something to do with there not being enough space for a bigger aircon compressor under the bonnet with the physically larger diesel engine block. Yes, drinks like a fish, heavy as a lorry, rolls a lot round corners.

    Has space and practicality "in spades" and is a comfortable place to cruise the motorways in.
    I'd still get one of those 7/8 seater Kia or Hyundais's though.

    Thank you everyone for your thoughts...we have been today to view a Renault Grand Espace and loved it...and have paid a deposit and will be collecting it in a day or two:)

    Was by chance that we came across it, but after seeing other 7 seaters and then this one there is acres of space inside...just what we need.

    Thanks again
