Is there any chance of getting a list collected here? In the first post or something, its a bit hard to keep track at the moment.
Hi, not sure how to add a link etc but so far I've found a Round-Up by Chuckman on page 14. Thanks to him:T and hope that's some help.
Maybe there is something more recent? :)

I still think some people only buy brand names as they seem to think people will look down on them, but seeing as most stuff branded or non branded taste the same why pay more?

Alba also produces electronic products under license for other companies or individuals, including Antony Worrall Thompson, Cable and Wireless, Carl Lewis, JCB, Ministry of Sound, Nicky Clarke and NTL.

From Wikipedia - Alba is now know as Harvard International plc.

TBH - Didn't read the list. Just trying to help the poster above (1656).
  • this isnt entirely relevant, but a certain marriott on the A14 serves desserts which are Tesco Value! They reguarly serve the cheesecakes at weddings and in the restaurants. If you want a fancy dessert you may as well get your own from tesco for the same price (or less) than the price of a slice there!!

Just incase no one had noticed the glaring logo at the top, Boots interdental brushes are made by TePe. But funnily enough they are not as strong as the tepe versions.

Also, (please don't slate me I am just offering information here) the Boots Homeopathic remedies are made by Nelsons (the higher priced versions).

I'm sorry but branded goods do not taste the same as supermarket-own brands. That is simply not true. Not saying the branded ones always taste better - but they do taste different, in virtually all cases.

Even if a lot of them are made by the same people, doesn't mean they are made in the same way! Many car brands are controlled by others (eg: Audi are part of Volkswagen.) Doesn't mean they make the same cars!

All I can say is that a lot of people here must have weak tastebuds. No offence intended!
