The difference between kleeneze and betterware:
Betterware there's no outlay, so the distributors are given their books, kleeneze is a business opportunity so the distributors have to pay for their books. I've done both in the past, I know how annoying it can be for paid books to be thrown away. :(
Kleeneze is a free for all area so you can go out and put your books out only to find another distributor in the area you've just put your books, hence some people getting several books in one go.
Betterware have territories, so if you've said no books to a distributor, they shouldn't bring you another one, but if that distributor leaves and another one comes along, they won't know that you won't need a book.
You do have to be organised to do this type of business, books out-books in-process orders-deliver orders- collect straggler books- collect straggler orders-redeliver orders to people not in/haven't got any money/changed mind. Out in all weathers, rude people, nice people.
I wish you well in your catalogue business, have fun & most importantly earn money :)
I get paid to smell great :j

    Hi BeautyandtheBeast :)
Well I collected 49 books out of 51 last night and had a fab 105 sales :D 21 pound earnings and when you consider that I work full time and earn 25 pound for the day that's pretty good :) (It took me and hour and a half in total to put out and pick up) :) Got the other 51 to pick up this morning and putting more books out :)
Very pleased especially as this hasn't cost me a penny - just some healthy exercise, woop woop!
    Jenny :)

  • Hi everyone, sorry to drop in on the conversation. Looks like I'll be starting as an Area Co-ordinator shortly and it's encouraging to see that some of you are enjoying doing your rounds. Also sounds like in cases you have been of considerable value to the customers that you have called on! I'd be interested to hear of any tips or issues that you guys have as distributors with regard to what you would like from your Area Co-ordinators. My aim will be for all of the distributors on my patch to feel motivated - perhaps I'm being naive at this early stage but I'd like to develop a real feeling of teamwork throughout my area (socials & extra bonuses paid to distributors out of my commissions during periods of high sales etc.) Hope you continue to find the rounds to be enjoyable and worthwhile.

    Hi Greg :)
I think by the sounds of it you are going to make a really nice co-ordinator to work with :)
When I was with a different company we held a Xmas party for the children of the distributors one year :) One of our distributors dressed up as Santa and we put on a pantomime - fabulous laugh! The children enjoyed a buffet and party games also :) You don't have to go that far but maybe a children's party at Xmas might be nice and maybe a yearly summer bar b q? Of course you don't have to fork out for all of this yourself - you can ask your team what they think and perhaps club together :)
There's a part of me that would love to be a co-ordinator for these very reasons :)
Good luck and have fun with it :)
    Jenny :)

    Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker on this thread but have now decided to post so be gentle with me please :o

Firstly I wondered how PW07 had got on (aka Andy) as I too have been made redundant and looking of ways to make some money. I picked Andy out as he was looking into Betterware and wondered how he'd got on.

If there is no outlay with Betterware, what's the catch??

thanks in advance for your help :)
  • Hi there i'm an area co-ordinator and I have to tell you that there is really no catch at all - it's a genuine job opportunity and you shouldn't be expected to pay to have a job - if you are then its either a scam or an mlm and betterware is neither. I worked as a distributor for quite a time and made between £80 and £100 a week around a full time job - hard work but i needed the money. I have some jobs up for grabs at the moment but am waiting for the board monitors to tell me if I am allowed to put that on here. Good luck to all of you
