I wish I had the time to go see all these movies :(

Usually the Form with the BBC Printed tickets sent in the Post is that they Have the Venue Printed on them ...I have never Received any other Type from the Beeb in the Post.

And I would not expect The Poster / Sender at the BBC to look at the Address they are Sending them to either as I once mistakenly applied for Tickets to a BBC Screening in Glasgow (and I live in Cardiff) ...But I still got the Glasgow tickets.

I hope you will have more Luck ...but wouldn't hold my Breath if I was you.

I haven't just randomly picked Belfast  its because thats the one that looking at the html code selects that you want to go to Coventry! Read alchemista's post to see why as its explained there.

Anyway I do tend to agree with you that its a bit of a dogs dinner so have printed out the moviebeat offer too - sounds a better bet.

BTW BBC wrote back to say now fixed so should be OK now.

You are Probably Right...And Yes it makes Perfect sense.

    But you never Know.

It might be worth it just in case

If they are Randomly Generated ..as you said then any six digit number could be used ...do you think they would Risk this.

Why would they want the Cinema you are attending ...unless it was for Numbers attending ...But how Fed up would you be if you spent a couple of Mins on the Phone only to be told "Sorry Cinema Full" either by the Automated service or at the Cinema when you Rocked up to collect your Tickets.

And Why the D.O.B there appears to no Certificate Restrictions on age ...none that I can find anyway.

Maybe all the Questions is just to pad out the Time you are on the Telephone ...cos it seems to work.

As I said maybe the Codes are Cinema Specific ...at least eveybody on this forum will be able to attend the Screening you are at if they live close enough....That is if they Are Zidane Fans.

Or the Codes could be Universal you never Know.

Somebody else Must have Rung ...they may be able to confirm one way or another

I found the code that I got from calling but am not sure about the rules in posting it here on the forum. If somebody can advise on this please ?

Hackeroonie - I will pm the code to you directly. If anyone else wants the code please pm me.

And if there are others who had called to get the tickets and received codes it would be a good idea to collate them to see whether there is any pattern or whether it is just random but not sure how this can be done without posting on the board (unless someone volunteers for the job and everybody pms that person :p )

 just returned early from children of men in hull. about 45 mins into the film the screen appeared upside down & had jumped a scene & everyone was talking & walking backwards this went on for about 10 minutes! then we were told by staff that the film was going to be turned off as it was a problem with how the film on reel 4 had been cut!!!!! my husband & me were just getting into the film but, we were all given free tickets for any film, so i suppose we cannot complain too much!!!! does anyone know how it ends? we had just reached were they had arrived at michael caines charracters house to seek refuge!!!! thanks:beer:

Saw this movie yesterday and it was pretty good. However, we experienced similar problems with the screening as well. About 1/2 hour in to the movie the reel moved up and we couldnt see any of the faces or heads of the people in the movie. After about 10 mts of this several people went to complain and even though it was fixed there was still a part at the top that was missing. I also thought that the reel was not cut properly as it seemed to jump from scene to scene at some points

The film over all was pretty amazing - i loved alfonso's way of having one continous shot in most parts of the movie. the movie was dire, depressing and very violent but I think it depicted reality very well in line with the story lne. and when I got home they showed Y tu mamá también on 4 - how much better can it get :)

kianella - if you still have not got the story, pm me and i will happily oblige.

I got 2 tickets for World Trade Centre in Glasgow, this Sunday (24th) at Odeon Springfield Quay, 10 for 10:30am.

Having now seen the trailer I really don't fancy it, please PM me if you'd like them sent on to you. I will post today but can't guarantee postal performance! 3 days should be enough to get them to you though.

The bbc link is now fixed.

    Free 'World Trade Centre' Tickets

Screenings on Tuesday 26th September from the BBC. Chances are this will be mentioned on tonight's Film 2006, but this is a bit of a heads-up since the page is already active. The ticket allocation is usually random with these screenings so good luck!
