The Virgin deal was 0% for 9 months, but a 5% transfer fee so in no way worth it at all!

Lovely of her to try though and I'm not too disappointed, it would only of cleared Lloyds a month early, I will just have to find some more pennies another way!

Lloyds statement today, interest has now dropped to £50.64

Only £116 short off clearing at the end of June now!

Hi woowoo - sorry not been around much - frantically busy and should be working now but v distracted with some personal issues at home. Taking a 5 mins time out to see what everyone's up to!

shame about the 0% - I had a good deal with Virgin 16 months agin, but I guess they are getting savvy to all us MSE-ers now and they ahve to get their pennies somehow! Glad you checked it though - as was stated above, six months ago I would never have looked at how the transfer fee would affect things.

I do admire your positive energy and determination - keep it up - I am struggling a bit today so need to read other people's successes!
