phew - finally caught up!!! The xmas party thing is always a fab and extravagant affair at my firm - we are really spoilt, We've been taken to Paris for lunch, Belgium for the weekend, we even went to Venice for a long weekend a few years ago! This year we are going to the Savoy, which will be a lovely treat. I am quite excited - I am making my dress (which is a bit of a gamble as I havent made an evening dress for years!) Unfortunately, however, BF has a work commitment out of the country so touch and go whether he'll make it back on time... I hope he does come as he couldnt make it last year and its not the same without him (oooh, get me being all lovey dovey!)

So, woowoo - all set for skiing? Is the weather forecast looking good?

I'm hard pushed to pick a favourite! I loved the Hilton on Park Lane, as it was a special one - it was the first anniversary of us opening the firm so was a really lovely happy occasion. I also loved Paris - it felt so decadent - we were drinking champagne on the Eurostar at 7am - we were all tipsy before we even got off the train :-) They are all lovely though. We do two special parties a year, one in the summer and one at Christmas - hence all my ball gowns and cocktail dresses!

So glad the snow is out for you Woo - I have never learned to ski - too old and knackered now!

The Paris one sounds amazing. What do they do for the summer event, the same sort of thing?
