What a drama this morning, the office ran out of milk so I volunteered to go (so I could pay my pennies in the bank!).
Natwest was closed due to a security incident? So I thought I would pay it into Lloyds, not open till 10.00 am grrr - hung around in the cold for 20 minutes and paid in the money. The assistant then told me the Bank Manager wanted to speak to me about my overdraft, so I informed her I didn't have £3k to give them, nor did I want to be sold anything!
I finally agreed to speak with them, surprise surprise they wanted to sell me an upgrade on account. I advised the women I hated Lloyds TSB and would be leaving as soon as I had cleared my debt with them. When she asked why I hated them the only reason I could remember was their call centres are crap lol!
Of course during the drive back to work I thought of many many reasons why they make my blood boil. I want to go back and tell them nowLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
