It's the 15th Dec - it's at the army golf club so should be a cheap bar but I'd still like to have £20 saved by then. I've also started a savings pot at my Mum's (less likely to raid it there!) to start saving towards other Xmas/birthday do's in Dec - I have just £3 in there!

We did this to pay towards the team-building last month though and it really worked - I don't notice the small change disappearing but then it's nice to suddenly have £20 in my pocket when I go out that I didn't have to budget for.

And now I REALLY REALLY want bacon, no fair! :rotfl:

Oh no, maybe I will have to start a new one in January - what if I reach 5000 posts next November and the last month has to go on a new diary - that would really upset me, I like things to be match, be symetrical etc - do you see what I mean?

I love your diary but I think Becci is right - you will be pushing it to stay below 5000 posts. It was your diary which prompted me to join and although I don't post much as quite shy and don't want to butt in, I read every day so no matter where you write I will be following
