You'll have to start talking less then Woo! :p Threads get locked at 5,000 posts.

It's the 15th Dec - it's at the army golf club so should be a cheap bar but I'd still like to have £20 saved by then. I've also started a savings pot at my Mum's (less likely to raid it there!) to start saving towards other Xmas/birthday do's in Dec - I have just £3 in there! :o

We did this to pay towards the team-building last month though and it really worked - I don't notice the small change disappearing but then it's nice to suddenly have £20 in my pocket when I go out that I didn't have to budget for.

And now I REALLY REALLY want bacon, no fair! :rotfl:

Oh no, maybe I will have to start a new one in January - what if I reach 5000 posts next November and the last month has to go on a new diary - that would really upset me, I like things to be match, be symetrical etc - do you see what I mean?

  • I love your diary but I think Becci is right - you will be pushing it to stay below 5000 posts. It was your diary which prompted me to join and although I don't post much as quite shy and don't want to butt in, I read every day so no matter where you write I will be following :)

Don't ever feel like you're butting in Kat :)

I think it makes perfect sense, not only is it a new year it will be your final year so it will be a great countdown diary :)

  • I can't believe how quickly the amounts are going down on yours and others signatures!!!!!
You will definitely have to complete a countdown to zero dairy as you will go above 5,000 posts. It will nice to hear about your saving for the house abroad rather than dealing with the idiots who work for various silly banks::D
