I quite like Ribena :o, I would probably prefer the taste of that to 'proper' red wine any day :rotfl:

Ewww that does sound gross! Mind you...I guess it must be like a raspberry milkshakey thing?

My brother was born in the era that all kids had Ribena to drink as toddlers...he had to have 7 teeth out at one go when he was 4, shocking :(

Have just gotten a little stroppy with my sister. She was meant to be walking the dog with me this afternoon, I texted her at 11.30 to see what time, have had no answer so just rang her. She said she hadn't even looked at her phone yet today, so I told her not to bother.

Of course I have been totally unreasonable and now feel guilty.

I'm just in a grump today as I am always the one that makes the effort with my friends and family and it would be nice if they made the contact with me first for a change. They seem to think I just have all day to sit around until their ready, which is kind of true but besides the point.

Sometimes I don't like myself very much!

I did kind of hang up on her, and were both quite good at holding grudges. Might have to apologise after I get back from my walk and I've calmed down. I'm meant to be seeing her and my dad tomorrow night and the arrangements havent been made yet!

I think I am taking my frustration and boredom out on her as the OH is working so I've been on my own all day.

I just get annoyed as its always me that texts or emails friends first. This week I am going to sit back and wait to see how many days go by before they bother.

Glad you have calmed down it's easy to lash out at those closest to you. I have no family living near me closest is 140 miles away so I rely on friends but this year with cutting back i suddenly realised it wasalways left to me sort going out, I always drove as they dont have cars and I decided to step away from them along with the cc. I may spend more time on my own but i know who my true friends are, the ones i dropped moan now they never go out maybe it was because i was always funding it.
Chin up what time is your OH home, are you cooking dinner for him.
