Last 3 weeks i have had some post not turned up, ive been to the delivery office and they checked the postmans desk and all post is clear.
Our neighbours have also had problems and its been in the local paper about delivery, of course the delivery office say there is no problem and the paper is making it up
Cant understand where the post could be or why its not being delivered, what can i do if anything ?
Things that havent turned up are....
Holiday Conformation
Pay Slip
Bank Statement
Catalogue Statement x 2
Items sent from my work
Credit Card Statement x 2
New Sky TV Card
Holiday Brocure
1 or 2 items i could accept but not this many

Why don't you send yourself a special delivery item and find out where they are going, as they have to get a signature for those.
My gran had this happen to her and the postman was delivering her mail to the next street along. (and they were keeping it!)0 -
Here is the full Royal Mail complaints procedure Here
If your not happy with the first stage/response continue through the complete route.."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

What a load of rubbish. Do you know if he pays them off in full every month or carries a balance ? Do you know if either are cashback cards or 0% stoozing cards ? I'm sorry, but you really sometimes speak a load of cobblers.0 -

All of the ideas you have suggested are very rare these days. There is little to no advantage to every day consumers in using credit cards of catalogues when they have the money in the bank.
Maybe the OP can confirm for us though that it as you think and he isnt carrying balances on all the items whilst jetting off on holiday and watching his complete sky package

I have to disagree with you on the first point. There are still people who have 0% stoozing cards and there are still several cashback cards available. If you spend a grand a month on a 1% cashback card, you get a tenner, and you can also keep the money in the bank earning interest until you have to pay the CC bill - same for catalogues, you can settle up after you receive the items.
I don't think the OP really needs to declare his finances, in much the same way that you don't need to think the worst of everyone all the time
And to be quite honest, if he is carrying balances, so what ? I do (that I am paying off), I have a couple of CCs I am paying off and I am about to complain to Royal Mail (cheers for the link Optimist) as thy have failed to adequately implement the redirection I am paying for, that should have started last week...0 -

Is it actually any of your business ?
A poster asked for help, a respected poster at that going by the post count/thanks count. They didn't ask for some comment about having two credit cards and your presumption that they are in debt."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Yes it certainly is, been here about 7 years never ever had a problem before, although like i say its been in the paper recently so not sure if its the local depot or main sorting centre thats causing the problem0 -
There is sometimes, reading between the lines, a suggestion that an OPs behaviour, lack of care, or lack of understanding of how the world works, has led to the problems they find themselves in. Some posters are in self-richeous denial about whatever it is they are livid about.
However:
I fail to see how a poster having a credit cards and a catalog account has any relevance to any problems they are having with mail delivery. Other than it is those items that have gone missing.0
