afternoon all, my posties just been, thanks to the lovely Rainmac for the card, its gorgeous :)

will I break the record? I made 5 cards this morning for my fair :rotfl: however they are all very similar in layout and colours (I hate making exactly the same card more than once!) I also made a little set of 3 small notecards to go with the rest! my 'team' (my mum and auntie) are coming round this afternoon and I am going to set up a trial stall on my dining table to see if the display looks OK! they're going to help out talking to people as believe it or not i'm very shy and if left to my own devices I doubt I'd sell a thing :o

still waiting for an online order that I placed last monday - they have now sent me an email to say that one of the items is out of stock and they hope to send out my order in the next 1-2 days. I just wish they would have told me this last week at the time I placed the order as I could have bought the stuff from elsewhere by now  grr rant over lol

rusty hope your DS is ok!

Your items should sort of sell themselves as they are so lovely :) When is your fair?

Rusty, sorry to hear about your lil ones. Hayfever is rampant at the moment. My DS1 suffers with it but Piriton keeps it at bay enough for him not to really notice it. Hope you get on ok at the docs with your DS xxx

Think I have some male stamps that I can do you some images of somewhere - if in doubt add a football LOL :rotfl:

Not completely my fault about Elzybells - was Craftgranny that posted it - I only mentioned it :A

Ha ha, I sort of ignored the urge to look when Craftygranny mentioned it and then saw that you had been there too so curiosity got the better of me... ;)

Please don't worry about the images, I will shout if I need help, thank you for the offer xxx

    Hi All
Well done to all the winners.
Bolton - I havent been crafting long, peoples blogs are great inspiration. You can use any nick nacks round the house for cardmaking, so enjoy yourself and see what happens!
Just got the kids new ipod touches - they are replacement ones - originally we were send 2nd generation ones (so my DS informs me!), so we had to send them back and got the new 3rd generation ones today.
Hope everyone has a good day, hugs to anyone who needs them and hope whoever is going away has a good time. xx

Gemm - I am sure you will do fine for your stall!! making so many cards in one day appears to be a good thing, I made 5 yesterday, although mine are just for my box!! Kepp your chin up xx

Rainmac - Not sure if it is hayfever that DD has, I have never suffered so not sure hence the appt with Dr, OH says it is just me worrying about DS but better to be safe than sorry!

Have managed to make 1 card so far, but hoping to clear some of my craft stuff away and get to make some more once I have done the school run!
Anyway I blogged it! but I appear to be making quite basic cards!

Oooh meant to ask can anyone tell me where I can by Kraft paper from? I know I can probably use the rolls I buy from the post office to wrap up parcels but not sure if this would be good enough? even though more cost effective?

    Afternoon everyone,

Rainmac - congrats on the DT place :T

Tired Mom - enjoy your trip to London

Bolton214 - welcome to the friendliest thread on MSE where the S stands for "spending" :rotfl:

Gemm - good luck with your stall

Huge (((hugs))) to anyone who needs one.

Had to laugh today, took ds to get his hair cut (for those who don't know ds (18) has Aspergers). It's always a nightmare getting him there even tho' his hairdresser is fab and knows him well (he used to have his hair cut at home until a couple of years ago).

Well today, he marched straight in through the door, straight through reception and sat down in the chair as if to say let's get this DONE!!! Leaving me in reception wishing I was wearing these .

So now we know what to do, next learning step is to learn to wait our turn in reception - ho hum, baby steps :o

    It's never dull :rotfl:

Great card Rusty, SU sell Kraft card

might have to cut back on craft spending for this month as have had to book the car into the garage as the ABS light isn't going off and i hate taking it to Vauxhall as they rip you off, they are charging £30 just to look at it.
