Nice to see some wonderers returned.
Safe flight PONR and enjoy.
Hugs for Hassy come back soon.
Congrats Rainmac
My brain has gone to mush as I have spent all evening on the internet. I am off to London first thing Friday morning until Saturday night with DS and we are both soooo excited. I am trying to sort out our itinerary and have information overload.
Off to bed now and have to empty DS's room in the morning ready for the carpenter. Managed to get our room and DD's room completely tidy so hopefully alot of his stuff can go in hers and on our bed.
Night all

Sightseeing, the main thing I want to take him to is the Natural History Museum, gutted though as the animatronic TRex isn't on display at mo as having work done on it. Also planning on taking him to the Tower Bridge Experience at a bridge opening time, to see the Great Fire of London Monument as they have been doing this at school (not going up though as the 311 steps would finish his growing pains off). And the hop on hop off bus to see alot of the other sites.
Thought I'd got hayfever all week but this morning have woken up with a stinking cold which is the last thing I need this week. Have Junior school meeting tonight so finally find out who DS's teacher will be and most imporantly who will be in his class.
Jowri - Well done to your children on their swimming achievements.
Off to crack the whip...

Bolton214 - hi and welcome to the thread!!!! I would agree with TomsMom - you need a decent stash of double-sided tape - I use loads - poundland and the 99p shop sell some cheap packs. Next I'd say you need a good selection of card - you could try a Papermill shop, I use 12x12 inch card instead and I buy mine online but it probably works out a bit more expensive. I'd get together a big pot full of pretty things to decorate your cards with too - like ribbons, buttons, gems, flowers - the list is neverending!!! I use blogs for my inspiration - I haven't bothered getting any books. I you see anything on my blog that you like give me a yell and I'll give you a link to where I bought - I tend to buy all my supplies online. If you keep watching this thread we normally post links to offers too which can save you a few £££££s. If there's anything else that you want to know - just ask!
Rusty - I spotted those new nostalgia stamps and thought they looked really nice - yours looks fab left uncoloured and I like how you've stamped it with a brown ink rather than black. Your quick cards are great too!
Rainmac - huge congratulations!!!! I know you are easily up to the challenge - you make some fab male cards!!!
The-Wife - lovely card - I really like the image!0 -
