Well I'm a bit disappointed - the postman has been and all he brought me was my Tim Holtz blender tool!!!

Jo_Rourke - your card is fab - I love the bow at the top of the present!!!

Rusty - I'm glad you liked your bits - I hope there was enough green in there for you. Sounds like you had a great weekend away - it sounds lovely - apart from the broken air bed! Sorry to hear about your bad news like you said though at least they're not suffering now. On a lighter note - congratulations to your OH - I bet he is thrilled! Congratulations on your weight loss too - mine has slowed down a bit - I'm getting a bit demoralised with it all!!!!
Thanks, keep going with your weightless, how much have you lost now? Maybe set yourself a target and when toy reach it buy some crafty stuff, maybe just one thing like a papered or die or something, it will keep you going.

Still not got anything done as had to go out to buy kids new shoes! They always seem to spurt at the same time, I refuse to spend £30 on new school shoes for ds when he will be finished in a few weeks so manages to get him a cheapy pair!

I must craft this afternoon .... But I sold 4 things on eBay whilst away so need to do all of that first! Not complaining though as the money has aid for 3 new per pads for me and a couple of other things ... Just hope they areive before oh comes home so i van squirrel them away!

Rusty is the pro when it comes to nappy cake making but I tend to use fleece blankets or hooded towels from Asda or Matalan ;)

Fab cards Jo, do you have the cardmaking bug now?

    Thankyou Rainmac :o

I also use fleece blankets or hooded towels. I have a tutorial which I made if you would like me to email you a copy? may be of help? I know it helped a lot of people on this forum. If you do want a copy can you PM me your email address x

Your cards are lovely, I thought it was just me who couldnt see them as I wasn't on the laptop!

Ooops this message didn't send earlier so just posting now!

    Rusty - PM's you thanks

CraftGranny - Postman has just delivered a parcel for the resident Princess. She is at nursery this afternoon so will open it on her return. Many thanks just wanted to let you know it had arrived.

Is anybody else having blogger problems again. My reading list keeps disappearing which is rather alarming.

Tomsmom - what a shock about your neighbour and a shame he wasn't a nicer neighbour as then people might have found him earlier. Sounds like he had alot of issues poor fella.
Jowri - well done on your Race for Life result - you did it in good time, if it had been me I would have taken hours to finish!!!!
Rainmac - maybe you should drop the H/O of Cafe Rouge a letter of complaint, you never know you might get some vouchers out of it!!! I bet you were starving by the time your food came!!
louby-lou-lou - well done on getting some orders at your craft fair.
Rusty - sorry to hear about your uncle and your sister's dog but glad you had a nice weekend with your OH and kids. Good news for you OH about his job as well. Well done on your weight loss, you have lost loads!

Update on my Promarker order from Icon UK - I asked if they could give us a discount code and they have replied to say that they are unable to do this as their prices are already low. They did say that the promarkers are cheaper instore though so if anyone is near Barnsley they sell the singles for £1.49 and packs of 5 for £5.25 - I am impressed that they replied so quickly to my email. I have also already had a despatch email from them for the pens I ordered which is very efficient. Hopefully, the pens will arrive quickly as well!!
They said that they have only just started stocking cardmaking items so I have asked them what other things they will be adding to the website. It's great that they offer free postage though on promarkers.

Lovely blue sky today - let's hope it continues!!!

The plumber still hasn't gone and has turned the water off and I really need a wee - help!!!!!

Choccy - thanks for the encouragement - I'm just a bit deflated because I was doing so well - I'm still dieting so I think I'm going to have to do more exercise.

Rusty - I think I've lost about 11 lbs so far although I haven't weighed myself on the wii fit for a few days in case I got annoyed.

Ali - that was lucky then (about the purple card).

mel are you on the same diet? i really want to do it but i would need doc to sign i can do it and they are awful with things like that and if he did let me he would most likely charge me. I have started on the wii fit again and in a year and a half when i last went on  (couldn't go on when pg) i have put on 4lbs so i don't think that is too bad after having baby. But there is no excuse now is there.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

I think its my turn to set the challenge because I won the last one! Unless anyone else objects shall we have a theme of "purple/ lilac"? I love the colour but never seen to use it when I make a card. I'll draw a winner at the end who'll get a little prize!

Great challange, will get this done some time this week :D

Hope everyone has had a great weekend & enjoyed the sunshine x
