Lei_Armstrong - thanks so much for my stamped images - the characters are so cute! What card do you use as the images are lovely and crisp?
That's okay let me know if you want anymore stamping! The card is smooth white 230gsm card which my Mum brings home from work so I don't know the brand i'm afraid. I've just brought some Mondi IQ Smooth from Stamples to try though x0 -

hope everyone has a good day
Rusty thanks for the info on the colouring packs from £land
Oooh I grew up in Tamworthhate the place now though! lol
Rusty - thanks for the information - I don't think I could cope with just having 3 shakes a day - do they taste horrible????? Hope everything goes okay this afternoon with your consultant.

ScattyJan - congrats on your weight loss!
Craftygranny - hope your aches and pains ease soon.
Giggle - your gifts are fantastic and the hearts are perfect!
CraftyJuJu - your creations are stunning and the beads that you're using are gorgeous - I love the sparkly purple ones.
The shakes are all lovely, the porridge one is awful and the original is ok, the soups are worse than the cheapest brand of cup a soups and you have to drink 2 and a quarter litres of water a day. If you use ice in the shakes then it makes them quite big and they have a Mc donalds approach to them so good for me! lol
Well I am back from hospital, 30 minutes waiting time turned into nearly an hour, he wasn't interested in anything I had to say, moaned about me not losing weight (insert roll eyes smiley here!) in the last 3 weeks and moaned about me using a walking stick! what does he want me to do? work miracles cause if I could then I would stop this flippin pain!!! he doesn't want to see me for another 3 months unless I end up in A&E again then he will have to operate but as it stands the likelyhood of the disc going back in on its own is nil and he won't operate cause I am too fat! oh and he wasn't bothered that I was also having pain in my other leg!! .... so a bit pointless going really as nothing has been sorted and I am still no better off. Diet WILL start monday, I have 3 months to show him that I mean business! I felt like slapping him though!
Hope everyone has a good rest of the day, I am off to sulk for a bit and hopefully try and pull myself together to get DD's party bags sorted! and toppers and everything else which needs doing
Oh and just for laughs, the Queen was on one of the TV's in the waiting room, volume muted so no idea what it was about but DD absolutely loved her and said she looked like a proper cinderella in her carriage and horses, then decided she wants to be a queen!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
I know I am a complete pain but couple of questions, or rather opinions before I sit and make up 30 toppers. Which looks better option 1 or option 2
Option 1
Option 2
Also does the colouring on this look ok? now I refuse to buy the other 10 grey promarkers and I think for this image I might have needed them.
I am thinking option 1 but think it might need mounting which will take time? so do I just keep it plain and simple and not mount it is I go for option 1?
Suggestions/opinions please don't mind how harsh they are lol I have elephants skin today!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Oh Rusty, his attitude stinks!!! Sending you big hugs xxx
Gemm, I saw LOST last night and was so disappointed with the ending :-(
Lei, thank you so much for my fantastic stash swap goodies, I love everything, I can't believe how many images you stamped :-)
Hugs to everyone xxx:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Rusty, your colouring looks fab to me, I love the image x The sweet bags look great, I prefer the first one but then I like Diego, he's taught my kids so much about animals ;-) And no, you are NOT a pain xxx:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

Rainmac - Thanks, I try not to let him get to me, but today he really has! I sat in the car outside hospital well upset but I still refuse to let this beat me, for the kids more than anything!! I know what you mean about Diego, DD absolutely loves him, she spotted a dvd in asda and I crept it into the trolley, asked the lady to be discreet and she forgot to take off the alarms so security was asking questions! :rotfl: but that will go with the diego jigsaw from DS to DD
I am excited now :j
Thanks for all the opinions .... 30 diego toppers coming right up  I could be here some time!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Flying on with Hugs for Rusty what a s**t that consultant was, typical man just bumbling along with his ideal world without thinking about reality and feelings.
Re: Diego, def Option 1 and no you don't need to mat it for 3 year olds, just how long do you think that topper will last in the rush to get to chocolate?
Colouring looks fab.
Think I was in hospital waiting room same time as you as also saw queenie in her carrriage and we did have sound, it was all to do with parliament and the new government (couldn't find a yawning smilie!)
Had ultra sound scan on shoulder and no ruptures or tears but there is inflamation of the tendons. Physio for neck booked for 18th and the consultant for the 20th so will see what happens next.
Must dash X0 -
Ohh Ohh Ohh how could I forget 40 Promarkers were waiting for me under my doormat when I got home:j Should be fuming with the postman for leaving them so obviously on show  but I'm so happy they are here and now I can hide them before OH gets home and introduce them slowly, don't want to rush things now do I :rotfl:
