Rusty - don't think I'd get it free -have to pay for aromatherpy massage (had that last time) and chiropractor is only free if I go to the back clinic at the hospital and gp has to refer me for that which means a trip to gp's, then hospital then wait for results and appointment..........:(
My son has acupuncture for his epilepsy..........has to take his medication as well but he's sure it helps every now and then. He says it takes more than one session though
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Lyndach The Papermill shop I go to has 2 benches outside which are generally filled with bored looking blokes with bags round their feet:rotfl:

Have made a card tonight but can't get a decent picture as the light is rubbish - was getting withdrawal symptoms.

Had to tell fib today as my friend looked at my blog and said she was disappointed as I hadn't made much - couldn't tell her I'd been busy stitching her birthday pressie so dipped my head behind my monitor and told her I'd not been crafting coz it was too hot or stitching coz my hands were too sticky :o

I hate feet too don;t even like painting my own toe nails - both DD and OH kick like donkeys if you go anywhere near them and they ain't even related :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Just a quick post to say thank you so much Dragonllew for the CP stash swap, what you have sent me is gorgeous, and I love the flowers and pins. I'll try to make use of them very soon.

Thanks to to whoever posted the great deal on Creative Craft World for promarkers - fab value with the discount, so have bought another 10.

This week is a busy one, as my old company that I left about 8 weeks ago, want me back 2 days a week, so there goes my working only 3 days for a while, and crafting the other 2, but the extra money will come in handy, and will buy me more crafting stash.

    xx

Mary - welcome back - I love Devon - its years and years since I've been though.

Rusty - Maddison is such a cutie!

The-Wife - your back & white card is gorgeous - I love the mint green. Your vintage cards are stunning too!

Dragonllew - your tent card is lovely - you've definately inspired me to have a go - your flowers are gorgeous.

Nici - glad to hear you're feeling a bit better.

Lei-Armstrong - thanks so much - I'll get your cc design images to you soon!!!!

Flourgirl - your ribbon rose is fab!

Rusty - your cards are great - I'm sure Maddison will love them!! What diet was it that you were on again - I can't remember the name? I'm trying to lose weight - I've started jogging on the wii fit - only 20 odd minutes a day but I figure its better than nothing!

I've got a bit behind again :o and it's getting late. I'm off on a blog hop.

I spent most of the afternoon in the garden but managed to make a card which I've blogged. I've also blogged the CP swap card which Craftygranny should have received today.

OH tells me it will be cooler later in the week, will be more comfortable up in the loft so I'll probably get back into cardmaking mode proper then.

Hello - what a hot day. I feel exhausted tonight from the heat. It was too hot to sit outside!!!!!

I've been trying to knit a scarf for a sock monkey, first time I am doing purl stitch and it is abit slow going!!!! Haven't made anymore cards and still have to blog 2 that I made a few days back!!!

Rusty - did you see the link I posted for cello bags?????

Flourgirl - I think your ribbon rose looks lovely.

I've not added anymore to my Facebook shop or my Folksy shop either but have sold a few things recently.

    Hope everyone is ok.

Wifey I have found a tutorial for you on You Tube, although how the woman did it with the fake nails she is wearing god only knows!!
We used exactly the same method only we used a needle and thread to put a stitch in the underneath at every turn to keep it together

    here good luck
