will catch you all later Jo xTake care Jo x0 -
Morning all
Did a catch up post last night and my computer went strange as I posted it. Ended up shutting down and now I've rebooted it doesnt seem to be there. Can't remember what I said so I'll just send out hugs and hellos to everybody. Can remember though that Rusty, Maddison is such a gorgeous little one and you are one brave woman letting her play with your make up on a cream bed spread. I imagine she is a bit like Erin, has to be gorgeous to get away with what she gets up to!
Off for my scan on my shoulder this morning and then PTA meeting tonight planning the summer fete. Will try and blog my card for my friends wedding later.
Jowri - Hope you've got matters sorted with your DS.
Got to dash x0 -
Any Tim Holtz fans might be interested in this blog
The weather today has certainly turned cooler in Yorkshire. So I thought we might go to Meadowhell to do some clothes shopping for the holidays, might just call at the M&S outlet at Lakeside on the way.
I really need to get some cards made, I think at the last count I need 9 for June :-0
Its ages since I made a challenge card too, sorry Rainmac, Choccy and Dragonllew. I have been a bit hooked on beads the last few weeks but my fingers are sore today from making handbag charms so its time for a rest. I have some fab new stamped images, sent to me by you lovely ladies that I'm dying to use. Thanks ladies xx
Right, kettle on and then get ready. Have a good day everyone xx0 -
Thanks ever so to Rusty and TomsMum for help with my 60th Survival hamper! got some great ideas! NB - Rusty went back to look for the link to yours and for some reason its disappeared? it also looks like the MSE guys edited your post? how weird is that?
Right off to finish printing out labels and stuff for the survival hamper - now just need to find an appropriate basket/box to use!! I was on the lookout for a 'bedpan' looking thing yesterday haha but thought that would be too mean! I hesitated over a potty for a split second hahaha!! but thought better of it! prob not THAT funny to the recipient!!! Laters x0 -
TomsMom - your "furry friends" card is lovely - the papers are so pretty! And I love your swap card too - that image is so cute - especially the bees. Good luck with your scan today.0

Snipped,
Good luck for your scan today and your PTA meeting!.... Think I was more stupid, the bed sheet was cream but she was sat on a white towel which is an old one, for the fun she had, and the pictures OH got of her it will be worth the money in replacing the sheet/towel if it doesn't come out which I think it will
She gets away with murder most of the time, mainly with her grandparents (OH's mam, dad and step mam!) she doesn't really see any of my family although my dad is back in bulgaria, my sis I couldn't care less where she is, and my mum has moved to chesterfield so hopefully will soon be up to visiting her and her boyfriend!
PNOR- I did get your link, thankyou I think I said thankyou but now can't remember.
Melissa - Thanks. The diet is the cambridge diet, depending on how tall you are (under 5ft8) then its 3 shakes, soups or porridge a day for the first 2 weeks then you can introduce cereal style bars. its approx £36 a week though which sounds like a lot but remember that you have no other food to buy for yourself. OH has to have 4 meals a day as he is 5ft9! so he doesn't starve like I do! lol.
have a link of blogs I need to comment on, need to try and get this sorted but just having a quick coffee before leaving to see consultant. Quite scared as to what he will say as I know there are no more injections can be had and next step is to remove the disc!! ..... only thing is, he doesn't yet know about pain in my right leg so that will be interesting one to see the outcome there, I am guessing another scan but who knows! just hope DD behaves!
Popkins - What a joke ... I must be a cereal spammer and gaining money off you by showing you my ideas  this makes me mad not as if I was selling it to you!! love the bed pan and potty idea though!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Oooh meant to mention that in 2 different £lands I have been to in the kids/colouring/crayons section they have had these books obviously they are only £1 each but they are good for presents for kids partys. I have about 7 or 8 squirreled away in the cupboard knowing the partys start to come thick and fast. I have variety including ben 10, peppa, spiderman, thomas the tank, tinkerbell, and scoobydoo. Not a bad pressy to wrap and give over and nice and cheap otherwise it can get dead expensive!! (I bought both mine one each when we were stuck in aberdeen and paid £4 from hobbycraft for them lol)
Flourgirl - enjoy your shopping trip, and I think Jowri was doing retail therapy aswell?Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Good Morning - it's drizzling here & chilly.
Rusty - Hope all goes well with the consultant - if you are worried about child care if you have to have the op ask them today what help they can offer - prob not the man himself the nurses.
Tired Mum - hope your appointment goes well too and they can sort your shoulder without an op.
Flourgirl & Jowri - enjoy your retail therapy:) Flourgirl I too think your rose looked good.
Work, work & more work for me this week as I'm doing holiday cover and accountants visit tomorrow& still got lots of cards to make.
