Hope your pain easiers off for you soonI have had arthritis in my knees since I was 2yrs old & over the last 10yrs its gone into my hips & lower back (slip disc= joy!) its not fun the pain I know, I have good days then really quite bad 1s where I just can't move very easily. I need to stop myself from doing too much heavy lifting (yeah rigth with 2 kiddies!!) & rest otherwise I'll be suffering for days! Tell you what (if its friday your going) we can hobble around the NEC together arm in arm

Ouch! I wouldn't wish back pain on anyone!! I am lucky I haven't had it as long as you!! :eek: Mine is a slipped disc, compressed nerve root and disc disease all in 3 different places, my back is fine and relatively pain free apart from odd niggle, but the sciatica down my left leg and occasionally right leg is absolutely unbearable!! ... I agree with the try and rest and no heavy lifting (I also have 2 kids!!) I am going on the Friday so I shall be gripped onto your arm for the day ... or we can share the wheelchair :rotfl: If I have something to lean on I can walk, but DD hates her pushchairs now and hasn't used one for at least 4 months which kind of leaves me with nothing to lean on!
