  • I just popped on here to wish DTB good luck for tomoz (I hope I've remebered correctly that she is doing her run tomorrow?). Not a chance of a pop - three pages since this morning!!!

    Congratulations Crafty Ju

Gemm - if you go through Quidco to 3M, they do an ATG and the rolls of tape - I think it works out at about £11.59 delivered, plus 12% cashback - see here

You could all go to NEC as the MSE Craft Bunnies - I'm soooo jealous of you all, wish I lived a little nearer!

Hi ladies. I'm so jealous, I wish I could go to the NEC but I live in Ireland! I saw this show advertised http://www.sccshows.co.uk/belf_show_apr10.html do you think it would be worth going?

I went to the one in Brighton and had a fab day out. It wasn't huge like the NEC will be, there were loads of exhibitors, demos and new crafts to try. I did a jewellery workshop, crochet workshop and also watched quite a few demos which really helpful to me.

There should be a list of exhibitors on their website, so you will get an idea of who's going to be there.

Thanks for the info, I didn't want to travel the whole way there to find that it wasn't much good. The exhibitors list won't be available until 2 weeks before the show, I hope there's plenty of card making suppliers!!

Aw thanks WBR - it is indeed the big day and I'm just scoffing some breakfast before getting our stuff togther. Have promised myself a cratfty afternoon as a post-run treat so should be back on later.

Thanks to all our lovely sponsors - "&son" and I are just £8 short of £400. He says he'll make up the shortfall from his wii fund bless him!

I am soooo glad it is not just me!! ... We have a tigger, actually we have about 50 of them!! she had a tigger which daddy bought for her from the disney store, it is starting to look very limp as it is well battered and loved, she tends to bite his nose on a regular basis (don't ask) anyway I searched high and low for another one the same as disneystore no longer make them in that size, no other tigger will do, not even the slightly bigger one from the disney store  I ended up paying £8 for a second hand one off ebay  now she carries one around everywhere with her, and if she can't find one then I grab the other from her bed!! she also has one of the primark soft blankets, she had one from being born it was blue as I could never find a pink one and I wanted one for her! anyway we have about 8 or 9 of these blankets now, she isn't bothered which one she has but she has to have one, she takes it in the car with her and sleeps with it, plus if she is poorly then she will ask for it to cuddle up to, she only ever shares this blanket with me or her dolly or tigger! Anyone else touches it and she will glare at them!!

I just wasn't sure if it was normal but I am glad now cause it sounds like she is normal :D or at least as normal as the other littlies! :rotfl:

I think all littlies become attached to things, especially little things that they can easily play with. My littlie likes hair clips, butterfly clips I think they're called? He can play with one for ages attaching it to anything and everything.

I'm up for wearing bunny ears on Friday :D Will be thrilled if Pink Gem are there but if they're not I will save lots of money ;) I've checked my train times and can get there just after 10 so meeting at 10.30 is good for me :j :j :j

It was DS2's preschool Easter Egg Hunt yesterday. The weather wasn't great but not too bad. I was selling egg hunt clue sheets and for every one returned the child got to choose an easter egg. We bought 80 and only had 9 left at the end so that was fab :D
