  • I had a lovely day shopping today. I went to Michaels as they had some nice offers and I also had a 50% off voucher. Unfortunately you cannot use vouchers in Michaels on Cricut products so that ruled out buying a cuttle bug but I picked up a reduced set of mini enbossing folders and a set of Nesties Label 1 - there was one set on clearance but no price and they were in the same place last week so I took them up to check the price. They weren't reduced and they were the only ones instore and there was no shelf place for them. The assistant said use your voucher for them so I did and got them for £8.79!!!! Just checked and looks like they are around £16.50 in the UK so very pleased with that. I also bought my EK cupcake edger punch as there was a 50% off offer on punches so that cost me just £6.30!!! I also got a MS 1 inch scalloped square punch reduced to £3.50 so a happy days shopping!!!!

Scatty Jan - I agree with all the other comments about making sure your craft is your first box unpacked! Hope everything goes ok on friday.

Hope you have a fabulous day. I think your b & w butterfly cards are gorgeous.

PONR - what a fab shop you have had today. Telling us about all the bargains you are getting is making me really jealous!

Scatty - good luck with the move on Friday.

B***er is playing up for me over the last few days too. Off today so will try to make some comments. Dragonllew I love your accordian card folder it is gorgeous, can I ask what kind of magnets you used on it please, and you say you made it slightly bigger than the tutorial stated, so what size cards were you putting into it.

I really want to make some things for people for christmas and this could be something to go with a Flourgirl's kitchen board, I love both ideas.

Hope everyone has a great day.

    xx
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.

Also apologies and belated birthday to Soma and Dragonllew.

Things are calming slightly here, and DS2 is getting famililir witht he routine and school and is loads better too.

Rainmac, I'm not going to the Ally Pally, but I am definitely going to the Artisan Show (Craft Stamper sponsor it) on 2nd Oct. I've managed to book a couple of workshops too -distress inks and making a mixed media sample bracelet - bargain at £5 each! Iwas wandering through some old mags sorting out my shopping list last night!
