  • Just had a 'Sorry You Weren't In' card through the door, open it to see the postman. He said he didn't want to carry it, as his usual route has no parcels. I can pick it up on Saturday...there's two packets, so I think it's probably promarkers and ribbons. Feeling a bit down now :(

Got next to no sleep, logged off here to try and tire myself out but ended up keeping OH awake playing fat princess all night.

Hope you are all having better days! I can't wait to get them. I'm counting down til Saturday!

I've had a crafty day today :T and blogged the card I made. Just finished the piece of cake (explanation on blog) and told OH not sure if it's nice so need to have another piece :D. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get M-I-L's mother's day card done, still trying to think of something not too modern as she's so traditional.

I'm off on a blog hop and will probably comment on there as I'm off out tonight with a couple of friends and wont have time to come back on here.

Rusty - hope you get on OK at the DRs.

    Saucy
    - how mean of the postman, you've been so looking forward to your parcel.

Nannyboo - what a dilema for you. I'm tempted to say go ahead and get it done but maybe do as others suggest and get a desk etc from Ikea. I suppose it all depends if you want it all matching. Mine is all bits and pieces, office desk and cupboard from previous place, a flat pack cupboard, plastic drawers on castors, etc., up in the loft bedroom (guest room). I tidy up when anyone comes to stay but as it's not really on show I don't mind it being mis-matched. If money was no object it would be lovely to have everything matching.

Wanna b rich - Sounds like you're having a great day. Hope the kids enjoy Alice. Lucky you having such a great craft dept. nearby.

    Giggle
    - lovely post-it note holders.
