    Hi Ladies

I'm wondering if any of you are clever enough to make backing paper?

I'm doing another set of wedding invitations ( my niece is getting married in Scotland in December, and I'm sooo excited, can't wait!)

The men are wearing kilts and I would really like to incorporate a piece of tartan backing paper, the same as the kilts, on the invite, if at all possible?

OOOh and i took a huge stack of post to the post office today so if you're waiting for something from me it should be with you in the next day or two . Hopefully tomorrow as they all went first class. Be interesting to see how many of these they lose. better lose none or i'll be sending Kaitlyn to complain. lol . If you don't get anything from me and i should have sent it let me know as writing everything down doesn't always help. I forget where i left the list pmsl. Oh well i know i'm losing the plot.

Thanks for the huge pile of stamped images - i'd completely forgotten about them! xx

Sorry I haven't been around much, ive been really busy so had trouble keeping up...

Does anyone have a meerkat digi stamp or know where I can find one?

    Thanks xxx

    Evening all,

or do I mean morning  been back from our weekend away a couple of hours, managed to upload out zoo pictures here if anyone wants a nosey!

Not caught up properly as there are 9 pages to catch up on!

Thankyou to craftygranny for stash swap, and also to Choccy for stash swap

However did see this post below!
Thanks, I've tried bashing them and no joy. I end up prising them out with a pokey tool. When I did the butterflies for Ellie's party invites it took me for ever as I had to prise each one out. I think it might just be me!! I wondered about trying some silicone spray to see if that made any difference.

I've swished the anti-static over and tried heating from above and below the image with no luck. When you sprinkle the powder over and then tap it off, the colour dye kind of smear everywhere, almost like it seperated out from the powder iyswim. I wrote to the company I bought them from and they were supposed to be getting back to me, but not heard anything yet!

I have to MC snowflakes, and also one of the newer frame type ones, I used bazill to cut through the cuttlebug and I got annoyed as the card stuck in as did yours, I simply cut it again (keeping the first one stuck) but went over it a couple of times to ensure it cut through a second time .... it is still in there and since I have used it with the first bit stuck in, there haven't been anymore stick it! :) ... if you use silicone spray it will mark or give a sheen to your card stock, and will slip on in the cuttlebug so would advise against it!

Thankyou The-Wife for the info on the cuttlebug. It's been a great help. I'm off to buy some nesties now. :)

Edited to add: I would join in the card swap, but I'm not sure my cards are up to scratch yet. :( Hopefully in the not too distant future, they will be ok.

elysia you don't worry about a thing this is a card swap, nobody judges what you send. Just jump in and have a go
